Many hands, many hearts, many shared memories…

One of the most powerful aspects of all art forms, be it dance, music, drama or visual art is the ability to bring people together. It gives us a reason to share an experience and create a memory that is far greater than we could ever create on our own.

During the last six months, I’ve been working alongside Crossroad Arts artists, Autumn Skuthorpe and Dougal McLaughlin to share our love for music, movement, dance and visual arts with residents at St Francis of Assis Aged Care Home.

During the last 6 weeks of the program the group workshop sessions focused on the creation of a Sea inspired Textile Wall Hanging, whilst individual residents have created Storytelling Digital Collages.
